We spent four mild, snowless(!) nights, including Christmas, with family in Québec City and stayed at this hotel. What a good experience. Quiet, elegant rooms with comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent water pressure/temperature and bathroom lighting. Multiple well-placed outlets. Excellent (air) temperature and humidity control (in the entire hotel, actually, notwithstanding the cavernous ceilings). Cozy, classic, and classy lounge designed to let guests share public space while maintaining their respective private zones. Pet friendly. Basic but fresh/delicious breakfast (plus, the immediate vicinity is chock-full of great eating places). Very professional, courteous, attentive staff (all smiles and grace while working on Christmas). Located an easy walk from many of the iconic and quaint sites/sights of the city. We’ll definitely be looking to return to Hôtel Le Germain for future visits.

Wow deuxième séjour dans un hôtel du groupe et rien à dire de négatif. La belle demoiselle a la réception est exceptionnelle et attentionnée.
La chambre merveilleuse et très confortable.

Très bel hôtel et personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont très propres, entretenues et d'une bonne taille! Le seul bémol est le déjeuner, très décevant pour 22$ par personne. Croissants clairement pas frais du jour et très peu de choix.
