Nice place. Hostess was charming, nothing too much trouble. The bed pillows were as hard as rock, so asked if she had softer ones, which she willingly supplied. Only issue was the stairs. Narrow and steep with 3 flights. Difficult with a suitcase, and if elderly or infirm. Ask for ground floor rooms. We would not have managed with 2 heavy suitcases to get upstairs. The first floor would have been our limit. Our friends were on top floor. They felt the same and were concerned of fire exit risk.

Hotel was located inside the walls. So it’s where you want to be !
Hotel is clean ! Staff are nice .
No fridge in room . Wifi doesn’t work all the time . No all rooms have bathrooms.
There is no parking at this hotel.
Parking is about 3 small blocks away. So not the end of the world .
We stayed sept 2022 room 5 with a bathroom on the top floor .no air conditioning
No elevators !
The city is great. Enjoy

L'emplacement est très bien, l'hôtel a un certain charme avec cette cour intérieure. La chambre 9 est à éviter car elle n'a pas de fenêtres, mais de portes fenêtres qui donnent directement sur la cour, et qui a vue sur la rue directement (avec les poubelles au passage). Nous avions réservé directement via l'hôtel, qui nous a fait un prix exorbitant par rapport au prix sur Booking (+90 CAD). Un geste commercial m'a été accordée lors du check out mais cela ne les a pas empêché de débiter ma carte de crédit par la suite pour revenir au prix initial. Pas moyen d'obtenir une réponse de leur part, franchement, je déconseille d'y aller, ce n'est pas honnête, je suis très déçue.
