The hotel is located in a very centric spot from old Quebec City, staff was very nice and professional , I arrived before the checking and my room was ready, my room was very clean and good enough for the price I paid,the only bad thing I experienced was that I put the sign on the door so someone can clean my room but no one did , 3 days no one went to my room hahaha I had to go to the counter and ask for new towels , I left the room full of garage inside the Bin , no one went for 3 days.

The hotel is near a lot of places and is also near a public parking place. It's far from high foot traffic area but near restaurants, souvenir shops, and some tourist spots. The prices are affordable, and the room we got is really good.

위치가 아주 좋아요. 올드퀘백에 있고, 룸 컨디션 너무좋았어요. 방도 넓어서 가족모두가 만족하고 갔습니다. 3박4일을 보냈습니다. 걸어서 한 5분 거리에 시청지하주차장이 있어요. 그곳에 주차하면 하루 17달러정도입니다. 그리고 거기에서 3분만 가면 멋진 스트리트의 시작. 퀘백 2번째 방문이었는데 혹여나 다시 간다면 이 호텔을 선택하겠음.

Un hôtel de petite taille aux grandes qualités et très bien situé, à quelques pas de la rue St-Jean et des principaux centres d’intérêt de Québec. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Un petit stationnement est disponible lorsqu’on réserve suffisamment à l’avance, sinon d’autres stationnements sont à proximité. À part le déjeuner, on n’y sert pas d’autres repas, mais plusieurs tables ainsi que les couvercles et ustensiles sont disponibles pour s’y restaurer de façon autonome. Un agréable lobby disposant d’un joli foyer au gaz permet de s’y détendre en famille ou entre amis. La chambre que nous avions était spacieuse, comptait deux lits et offrait une vue sur le Château Frontenac. Cet hôtel est vraiment un très bon choix pour un séjour dans la belle ville de Québec.

Spent 3 wonderful nights here. Great location within the walls. Everything in old quebec is walking distance from here. Rooms were great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location
Close to chateau frontnac and la citadelle.
In the middle of the old city.
You can reserve in advance a parking spot at the hotel if you have a family.
The hotel de ville parking is 2 minutes walk.
Very friendly staff

Cer hotel nous surprend de nouveau
Peut être le changement de direction
Mais l accueil et charmant et le personnel souriant et répond à nos attente et mené plus nous avons eu une surprise on nous à donnez une chambre plus luxueuse (upgrade) et le dejeuner est servi dans une très bel endroit et buffet complet chambre vaste et propre tout équipé
Emplacement est formidable on ne peu demander mieux pour le vieux Québec stationnement disponible

Location of this hotel is perfect, so easy to walk around the old city, to Carnival, or to anywhere across the city from this spot.
The room was large but felt a bit old and could use a some updating/care, but was okay. Very quiet at night which was really nice, and a good included breakfast in the morning.

I was just expecting something slightly more updated but it certainly wasn't in poor condition. And the location truly can't be beat!

Je suis allé là avec ma blonde et mon bébé pour ensuite découvrir une chambre au plancher collant avec un rideau qui ne se ferme pas passer de bain de robinet défectueuse dans la chambre de bain. Pour ensuite, me faire accuser d'avoir d'avoir des odeurs de cigarettes très décevant jamais pu prendre mon dépôt de 150$ avec une hôtesse au nom de Gabriele qui se prend supérieur à vous expérience très décevante.

the hotel has its downs, no parking available, if you make reservations with booking you don’t get complimentary breakfast, the bed is not comfortable, the view is awful facing a gym had my curtains closed all the time the picture when I booked I thought I was getting was definitely not the one I got…. I could say more but I’m sure the hotel has more to offer so don’t let my experience ruin yours just a heads up if you have a mini van or some type of suv be ready to pay for parking definitely not cheep on the street

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the main sites in the old town with lots of restaurants around. There are free hot drinks at the lobby which is really great. Room is spacious and well decorated. Bed is super comfortable. When we left something at the hotel after we checkout, they still willingly assisted us in getting our lost item. This was very much appreciated.
