Cet hotel est l'un de mes préférés de la region de Québec. Il est situé à quelques pas des trois centres commerciaux de Sainte-Foy et à proximité de l'Université Laval. Dans un décor très moderne, les chambres sont bien équipées, lits super confortables, literie de classe supérieure et wifi gratuit. L'endroit est tranquille et très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et avenant. De véritables ambassadeurs de la region !
But most impressive were the reception staff, especially Alexanne who made us feel very welcome and valued and willingly spent time telling us about the city's sights and the best places to go - Thank-you Alexanne you are a great asset to the Alt hotel in Quebec, as are your colleagues.
A bonus was a 72 hour bus pass which enabled us to travel into the old town as well as all the way to Montgomery falls.
We have stayed at three Alt hotels on our holiday, (Ottawa, Quebec and Montreal). Alt Quebec was definitely the best and I would 100% recommend this hotel.
