Absolutely loved staying here! Great service, all the staff was super friendly and kind. The hotel is in a great location. The parking is just down the street, about a 2 minute walk. The breakfast had a great variety. Highly recommend

10/10 cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is so sweet and helpful, the hotel itself is immaculate, the location is perfect. We stayed in the Williams Suite which is absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast the next morning for was phenomenal too. Definitely check this place out if you are visiting Quebec City!

We stayed at this hotel last week. It was a wonderful experience. Clean rooms,excellent breakfast,great locations. Parking near by.Thank you so much to all the girls at front desk so sweet and friendly. Stephani,Ariel and Marina. You were always helping out to anything we needed it. Super lovely hotel. We had a nice stay for the Quebec part of our honeymoon, would highly recommend.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, the parking situation was easy enough, the breakfast buffet was simple but very nice. We felt it was good value for money overall, especially for such a good old city location. We would definitely stay again.

The reception staff were exceptional—extremely helpful and welcoming. They promptly addressed all our queries and offered fantastic recommendations, enriching our stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed provided a wonderfully comfortable rest.
The staff's thoughtful gesture of a personalized Christmas letter and a bag of unique chocolates was a delightful surprise, adding a warm touch to our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a diverse array of both savory and sweet options alongside excellent coffee.
Without a doubt, when we return to Quebec City, this hotel will be at the top of our list for accommodation. The combination of convenience, hospitality, and comfort makes it a definite choice for future visits.
