This is my second time here and this time some service was horrible ', I was embarrassed by the from desk in from of another member of the staff and passing customers and my wife, I had to call the manager, she solve my problem but not before the embarrassing moment , and I wasn't even giving a apology, and still had to pay the full price , I was there for my 11 year anniversary last year and this was my 12 and it wasn't pleasant.

I was expecting much more professional service. I booked 3 rooms for my family and the visitors from Europe. I was promoting how beautiful city Quebec was and I asked for room with a view at least for one of them. But I was told they didn`t have any available, even though I had booked 7 days before.

Chambre très belle glaçon gratuit et plusieurs snack
The only downside is the noise. You can hear people in the hallway and the rooms above you when they are taking a shower. Also the "views" in the inner court yard are non-existent, ask for an exterior facing room.
