I called the hotel to inform them of the error and they graciously called me back to let me know they would reconcile my dispute on the dates and provide me a room at no extra charge. I did not lose my money and they were extremely gracious and welcoming. They receive you in both official languages and all communications are handled with such grace.
I was shocked when the incident occurred and the hotel really made my day a lot better. I will always be grateful for their understanding and for their excellent hosting ability.
