I just love going there, it’s like traveling through time. This hotel is all together beautiful and intimate, decorated with historic details everywhere. The food and service at both the Artefact bar and the Muffy restaurant are amazing. It’s a must see hotel in Quebec City.

Truly a wonderful experience at a boutique hotel. Felt cared for but not overwhelmed from check-in to out. Wonderful location in the heart of old Quebec City, easy to find on googlemaps if your'e driving, and lovely rooms (comfortable beds, everything easy to use, nice products, heated bathroom floors). The attendant who dropped off our bags even showed us how to change the heat to Fahrenheit.

For extras: we parked at the hotel (only challenge is if you forget things many times in the car and want to get them- less easy than if you parked yourself); bartenders were thorough and friendly (and would fill up water bottles since the filler in the gym was out of commission) and drinks were delicious (hotel bar prices, but was expected); concierge was friendly, English-speaking, and well-versed in the local scene- did not steer us wrong at any restaurants! Overall, next time we are in town, we will be staying here again!

This is our FAVORITE place to stay in Quebec City. Easy parking, walk to everything in Old Town (lots of hill action so good exercise!), great restaurant ( Artefact), wonderful staff(welcoming and helpful) and love all the history they display. 5+ stars!
