I loved my stay here. You should know there's no staff on site, it's a self check-in. The rooms are great and clean. Should you need specific info, you can reach your host and they're very responsive. It's right next to Abraham's plains and 15min walking from old Quebec city through the park. It's quiet and easy to find. Loved my stay.

Great location.
Good value.
There is a communal kitchen with toaster/fridge/microwave/kettle/basic pots 'n pans/utensils/toaster oven.
Make sure you arrive before 8:00 PM so you can have access to someone to help you with the blasted code to open the front door + door to your room in case the code provided in advance doesn't work (our experience).

Pas de contact avec le personnel mais point négatif lié à l'équipe d'entretien. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié l'irruption de l'équipe d'entretien dans notre chambre à 9h30 du matin
Good weekend parking on the other side.
The house is very well renovated, while keeping parts of the old.
We totally loved it here and we will come back
