It would be great if a porter could help with luggage given that there is no elevator. When I checked the young man at the hotel kindly helped me. When I checked out, a young lady also helped me very kindly. But I didn’t feel comfortable. I noticed she was making a great effort climbing down the stairs with our bags and I ended bringing down a bag myself. I had knee pain after that. Thank you.

Petit dejeuner très ordinaire pour un établissement comme le vôtre... Choix assez limité et nourriture tout juste tiède...
Et vraiment regrettable que vous n'ayez pas le service de voiturier...
Mais sinon la chambre etait très bien ...
L'accueil et le service du personnel est amical et chaleureux...

Great location, clean room. The buffet breakfast was overpriced for the offering and the food had been sitting awhile so some of the items were dried out. It would be better to just have a menu option and have your food freshly made to order.
