Room was nice, but bathroom quite small and shower in the room. This is was OK for single use, but I would have been very disappointed, if I had booked it for double use. Liked the decor. Only negative thing was the bed was with blankets instead of a proper duvet.
Restaurant was excellent. Staff was friendly and service minded.

BONJOUR! We loved our 30th Anniversary stay in the beautiful Renfrew Suite. The room and staff were the utmost in satisfaction. My one complaint is the restaurant/staff there. The breakfast was not good. It was very cold food and we did not return after the first morning, even though it was free. The room coffee maker needs to work better, and I always appreciate having a bottle of water each night which was lacking. Twice I attempted to get my free Kir cocktail and the gentlemen in the restaurant Chez Jules twice was rude, telling me they were not open yet although it was 5:30 and people were dining outside, so I gave up after asking another afternoon for it at the bar. Overall, it was romantic and relaxing and very well located. The front desk staff was wonderful. Thank you! Melissa Jarvis
I love the feel of an old hotel which makes it more authentic to my visit.
Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only comment I have is Upon check in the staff member was on the phone with a customer and I did have to wait for about 10 minutes before he finished and was able to check me in.
Perhaps putting the telephone customer on hold for a couple of minutes in order to check in a guest would be a suggestion.
Otherwise I would very much recommend your hotel and also stay there again.
I’m looking forward to visiting again !
