Loved this hotel! Booked on hotel website w free breakfasts included. We looked forward to the breakfast each morning! Can’t understand any negative reviews. So much selection...boiled eggs (use a timer!) heavenly croissants, asstd fresh cut fruit, delicious jams, cheese, butter, cream cheese, bagels, toast, pork pate, (pull out the refrigerated drawer under the counter!) maple baked beans, apple bread pudding, creamy jogurt, waffles, hot ham cheese sandwich machine. We went down to eat around 7:55 each morning. No crowds!! Busier at 8:30 as we finished. The staff at front desk were ultra helpful and welcoming. They stored our luggage for us in a locked room on our last day since we didn’t fly out until afternoon. Also called the taxi for us. Our lovely room w fireplace was quite large, w view of Frontenac! Bathroom very roomy w large shower. We were usually gone from room between 10 am and 4:30 pm, it was always meticulously cleaned during that time. Elevator quiet and clean. Walked down the stairs sometimes too, always clean. Location perfect for us, on much less busy street in between two popular areas to walk to within minutes, Not one complaint from my husband and me. We can’t wait to return! We loved our stay there!

We felt very comfortable and had a homey feeling. We will certainly stay here again if we ever get back to Quebec. The people are friendly and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were happy we had a room on the street side of the building because we enjoyed the view. It was very quiet and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wine bar.
