HÔTEL LE CONCORDE QUÉBEC

Belle endroit bien situé pour aller marcher soit sur les plaines ou dans le vieux Québec entouré de restos bar et boutique . Hôtel avec piscine et spa

Don't go there its very dirty. When we arrived after a long travel the toilet couldn't be used. It was clogged, didn't flush and with poop. How could cleaning service let that like that and not do anything about it and contact someone to do something about it. ???? They came to repair it later and didn't even do nice gesture about it.

The whole window side was so dusty and dirty we let the " please clean" sign on the door for 2 days and they never cleaned it.
The chair/ sofa had a nasty ring to it where you sit.

This isn't the worse. The most shocking is pool area. Jacuzzi and pool water color was shocking, kinda yellowish and very cloudy. Awful taste and smell.Never seen a pool like that all my life I got in it 1 minute and got out I felt so gross. The water is dangerous I bet. All around the jacuzzi border there was dirteness and black gunk. There is nothing at the entrance for people to clean like shower or feet cleansing, or any rules or directions. Pool wasn't controled by anyone and kids with clothes on would jump in it????. The place to shower and change is kinda hidden and suprise.... all the showers were broken in it.... also the sauna/hamman inside it doesn't work. Its a scam that they say they have that. I was shocked.

For the hight price we paid its awful. Whoever is managing that place suck and should be ashamed to treat customers like that because clearly it did not happen to only me see other comments and it keeps happening.
This place could have been so nice, placement is nice and outside building looks nice. Some if the interior design are nice, if only it was cleaner. In the end I have bad memories of it.

Hotel vraiment crado

Étant native de Québec, j’avais toujours perçu le Concorde comme étant « un grand hôtel ». J’étais donc impatiente d’y séjourner lors de mon séjour dans la vieille capitale.
Mon impatience s’est vite transformé en déception: cet hôtel emblématique manque d’amour!
Ok! Le lit était propre, confortable et j’ai bien dormi; faut leur donner. Mais la salle de bain! Ouf! Le pied de toilette qui a été recollé après avoir été cassé; la chasse-d’eau qui fonctionne si mal qu’on doit s’assurer de bien la tenir le temps que tout parte ;), le siège de toilette qui s’écaille (j’ai pas le bon terme), la moisissure dans le bain, les prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas. Cette salle de bain mérite un gros zéro.
Le lobby aussi mériterait une petite dose d’amour. Les sofas roses en toutou ne donnent pas trop le goût de s’asseoir dedans. Leur rose a sans doute déjà été plus éclatant.
Donc, pour l’emplacement: oui!
Le confort pour le dodo: oui
Le sentiment de se payer un bel hôtel et vivre la grande vie: ZÉRO

Chambre vieilles et besoin d'investissement mais, propres. Chauffage archaïque.
Superbe vue ! On a mangé à la chambre avec le hin fourni avec notre forfait. Juste wow la vue !
Piscine et spa semble ok mais je n'ai pas pu essayer ! Stationnement payant à 9$ pour 12heures... pas loin à l'arrière de l'hôtel. (18$/24h)...
