The location is great and the staff was friendly, however, the room didn’t look anywhere as nice as it does in the pictures so it was very deceiving. I paid more for this hotel than others nearby that looked better but chose to give this one a try as it looked cozy. Sadly, the bathroom just looked dirty with mold and scuffs on walls and water infiltration and old furniture. Very disappointing.

30mn à pied du vieux Québec, chambre agréable dommage qu’il manque de la pression d’eau pour la douche .

Wow service incroyable, près de tout resto , confort exceptionnel! Chambre affaire . Je recommande ambiance romantique /chaleureux avec le foyer électrique .Et la douche en pierre . Parcontre le seul point négatif le foyer électrique fonctionne très bien sauf il a fait du petit bruit constamment et impossible de trouver comment éteindre. Mais simons excellent encore !! Nous allons revenir !

A great place located on the Grande Allée, near the Montcalm Quartier. The staff is very friendly (speaking both French and English), and there is coffee, tea, and water available all day/ night long. We were very happy with our stay there.

If I’ll ever come back here in Quebec City, I’ll definitely book this hotel again.

Husband and I only stayed for 1 night and we had the small room in the basement. I didn’t mind the size at all. It’s cozy and clean!

Breakfast is included so that was nice. And all the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The distance to tourist destinations was just right too!

I've stayed at many hotels during my travels and this hotel blows them all out of the water, the cleans are so very cozy and fully furnished with soap and shampoo, there's even extra towels in case you need. Bed is so so very comfortable, fell asleep moment my head touched the pillow.

You are not going to find a place with friendlier staff than here, they answer all your questions with genuine interest and patience.

Nous avons adoré notre escale : suite C3 spacieuse et confortable, accueil extra, petit déjeuner simple mais café à dispo 24/24, bien placé, parking pratique. Un petit hôtel où on se sent bien.

Franchement à ne pas manquer. L'accueil est extraordinaire. Martin est à vos petits soins la déco est top, les chambres très sympa et la localisation est chouette. Vraiment une belle étape.

Small hotel with very friendly staff. Especially at the reception. The rooms (also downstairs) has been very nice. Near the hotels are some restaurants and shops. If you want to go to the city you can walk about 20min or take some of the public busses (departing every 10mins).
The breakfast if not included is for additional 12$, we liked it so we've been very happy with that.
