If you don't have the capacity to serve customers, hire more waiters or waitresses instead of having people who reserved seats in advance stand at the door and be ignored.
After we finished our main meal, we waited for a long time and asked the waitress if we could have dessert? The waitress’ thinking was wired . I don’t need you to educate me on dining etiquette.
“We have to wait until you finish eating before serving dessert”
“We don’t serve desserts and the main together”
Also, the dessert was wrong but no one could ask because everyone was too "busy".
