Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed but the decor of the rooms and especially the lobby made the hotel feel like late 90s/early 2000s

We stayed overnight on the 12 floor and enjoyed the amenities the hotel provided. The staff was extremely courteous. The only down side was the price of parking, which is listed at $45.00 but when it was time to check and pay the gave a parking bill for almost 75$, 18$ of the fee was for “Urban Experience Fee” which was very surprising. Just mentioning so client’s are aware.

Fantastic hotel well located near many great restaurants, shopping and sites. The historic McGill campus and the steps up Mont Royal are very close. Great service and amenities. Parking is Valet only with street parking being very competitive.

Staff is outstanding; rooms are quiet and comfortable - overall service is very good
Wine glasses in the room would be great. A mini fridge instead of the weighted vending machine, would be appreciated.
