Nice staff but as we went into the room we had a nice trip planned and we went into the bathroom and there were ants everywhere we took pics and showed reception it and they didn't care the area is good but bad good because it's in the city but it's flooded with garbage as well the hotel is really old and needs updating as well there was ants in the pool

4.5 /5 … Je suis assez étonnée ????! Le service est impeccable à la réception. Le Personnel est très gentil et efficace! Bravo ???? L’hôtel est bien situé. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et les oreillers sont confortables, grand lit King. Le décor du restaurant est incroyable. Pour le prix… wow!

Hotel super bien placé près du vieux Montréal. Malheureusement vieillissant. Et pas de bouteille d'eau dans les chambres.
Je suis un peu déçue mais cela reste un hôtel correct.

Super éxcperiance . La piscine,sona et jaccuzi sont unclu dans votre réservation. Un buffets a tout heure. De belle petite carpe japonaise qui vous accompagne le temps de votre déjeuner. Belle chambre d'hôtel chaleureuse et agréable. Salle de réception est respectable. Beaux lieux qui représente le Canada et la culture Japonaise. Personnel sont agréable et à l'écoute. Super salle de sport a coter de la piscine et autre. Heureuse d'avoir trouver cette avre de paix.

Bien placé, chambres un peu usées mais propres . Service nul . Je n avais pas d adaptateur pour charger mon tel et pas de prises usb dans la chambre au XXl e siecle!!!!! La réception à voulu m en vendre un à plus de 20$ alors qu il y en a 8 dollars à 50 m dans les boutiques

5 minute walk to Basilica, Chinatown, Port and Old Montreal.15 minute walk to Opera house.
Underground parking was safe and clean and self contained to the hotel. Housekeeping woke us up at 830am because we didn't do not disturb sign up. Rooms were comfortable. No movies to rent and casting service to TVs. We had late checkout and parking till 2pm. Breakfast was added charge. Coffee in room wasn't great. Chinese restaurant on site.

Just arrived, please stay away from this place, absolutely horrible, the clerk at reception named Driss was extremely unhelpful, with no idea about the hospitality business. He was rude and gave no instructions about our room and did not care what we had to say. We had large sums of luggage and he had no bell boy or staff available offer assistance.
To the Holliday Inn Management, this type of service and accommodation is awful and substandard for the money we payed and trying to sell IHG REWARDS is deceiving the public from truth. I wished I had booked another better rated hotel rather than being hoodwinked by your Ads and greeted by a rude reception clerk. Please retrain your staff, don't take our money in return for poor and substandard services, your hotel is located in a first world country. No excuse for this brothel !

First of all, the appearance of the hotel was shady and it was substandard for its name.
Front desk staff Driss was rude and had no clue about what customer service means. He was unkind and unhelpful and no management on the premises were available to speak to us.
The hotel is old, ugly and unkept. The carpet is old and dirty looking, the bed sheets were hanging down on the side of the bed rather than tucked in, and had an unclean feeling and odor to it.
We are not staying here for free. All we were looking for was a clean and safe hotel for our 2 night stay in Montreal.
All round it was and awful experience for both my husband and I.
I would rate this hotel experience as it deserves at 0 out of 10.

We were here for January 2024. The location is right in downtown Chinatown, Montreal. A couple of blocks away from complex Desjardins’s. A couple of blocks away from old Montreal. It’s an older hotel, so the rooms are older. However, it is very clean and well maintained. The doors don’t seal the noise properly, So you will hear doors of neighbours opening and closing. We also had one of those room that next to the next one with a door. Which we were not crazy about that. Need some upgrade. But it was reasonable for the price and we only stayed to sleep at night.

Absolutely awesome place to stay. We had our 3rd party booking agent book the wrong room and the staff got us moved to the correct room. Very helpful staff, location was perfect for many things and food at restaurants was excellent. Would recommend to anyone to stay here

Can't wait to visit again! My favourite hotel so far. I visit twice a year and choose deals through cheap o air and this hotel was the best I have had. Service is excellent! Pool, hot tub and sauna are kept clean!

It was a beautiful room, place was well maintained. Pool and hot tub was really nice. Good for family and relaxing, not so much for training. The reception area is absolutely gorgeous, big fish pond, lots of artwork, places to relax, and a restaurant that looks great.

It has been several years since I stayed in this hotel, I decided to give it a try again. Overall it is great value. The location is excellent, close to everything. Under ground parking is fantastic, we parked the car and walk both days. The package has breakfast included, and it was good. The hotel is a bit old, however it is very clean. I would recommend this hotel to others. I read the other comments about feeling unsafe, well you picked this location and please tell me which major cities’ downtown core made you feel super safe in North America?

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du vieux port à pied (lieu animé de Montréall e soir), proche du métro, proche chinatown, proche Basilique. Très bon point de départ. Qualité du service, propreté et confort.
