il y a des endroits qu'on n'oublie jamais et il y a des endroits qu'il faut oublier Loft Hôtel est un endroit qu il faut oublier ... si vous avez le choix adresse à éviter .

I don't know when the photos of the website were taken but this is not the Loft Hotel Montreal that is there today. I have never EVER seen a hotel that needed more updating and cleaning than this one. It is dirty, the curtains were probably white when installed years ago but they are so filthy that I didn't want to touch them. The carpet in living room is so stained and dirty. I truly believe that this hotel needs to be inspected and I am pretty sure that if it were inspected, it would be closed down for sanitary reasons. This does sound harsh but believe me, it's all true and I have pictures to prove.

Very bad management, charged our client for a 4-night stay instead of the 2 nights she was actually there and originally had booked(And she has proof she only stayed there 2 nights based on check in and check out dates). Refused to resolve the situation and is blaming her, completely embarrassing customer service, do not stay here as they seem to be okay with committing FRAUD!
ON TOP OF IT THE OWNERS REPLY IS ALSO A LIE, I SPOKE TO HER AND THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT HAPPENED. HER CREDIT CARD WAS GIVEN FOR INCIDENTALS ONLY AND YOUR STAFF LIED TO HER AND CONFIRMED SHE WOULD NOT BE CHARGED, HER RESERVATION WAS FOR 2 NIGHTS ONLY AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT AT CHECK IN, SHE HAS PROOF OF HER FLIGHTS SO NO, SHE DID NOT "DECIDE' TO LEAVE EARLY. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS, AND THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED FOR HER BASED ON HER CHECK OUT DATE/FLIGHT. NOT SATISFYING YOUR CUSTOMER SHOWS BAD FAITH ON YOUR PART SO YES THIS REVIEW AND MY WORDS ARE ACCURATE.
