The best part of our stay at the W was working with Mireille the concierge. We cannot say enough good things about her! So helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. She sat with us for about an hour going over the map and showing us where to go and what to see. She really made our anniversary special. Cannot recommend the W enough.
Great drinks
Mauricio (W Insider) was very pleasant and helpful with reservations and suggestions around Montreal, as it was our first time visiting. Above and beyond what I expected!
