The best place to be, very quiet, actions is right there, in the old town, really nice.

I had such high hopes for my 3 nights stay. The hotel staff were nice, the place was clean, however, there are 2 options of rooms, and despite what is advertised on Expedia, you aren't in control of which one you get (as told by the front desk). So, you pay based on the images you see, but then you arrive to a different looking room. My room was facing a very busy street, so the noise level at 6am in the morning made it difficult to sleep. If the street noise wasn't frustrating enough, the doors to the rooms are extremely close to each other, so when house keeping was cleaning at 7am I was kept further awake by the loud sounds of bottles, furniture being moved, door closing and opening nonstop etc. Despite my call to reception, nothing was done, and the cleaning of the room next door continued until 10:30 am. It was hell !

Furthermore, the 2 restaurants are ridiculously overpriced! You pay a lot to get very little food. After paying 95$ +tax per person at the Kyo restaurant on Valentine's Day for a 7 course meal, my husband and I were shocked as to how small the portions were and many of the dish(very small) had to be shared, which was 100% a rip off! We aren't overweight, and we don't each much, so paying that amount then having to walk to Chinatown to get more affordable food was absurd. Valet is 42$/day!
I would personally not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it. Everything about it is overpriced, and what you get is subpar. The only positive was my massage at the Rain spa.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Place d’Armes and I must say, the service exceeded all my expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. Whether it was the valet service, recommending local attractions, or promptly addressing any concerns, their professionalism and hospitality were truly exceptional. I’m eager to go stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking outstanding service during their travels.

We stayed for our anniversary and cannot say enough great things about this hotel but especially the staff. Specifically Amine, Sam, Samuel & Zoe(not to leave anyone out because they all seem to take great pride in their work). All of our requests and questions were addressed and attended to immediately. Thank you all for making our stay so very special.
