My stay at the William Gray surpassed all expectations. The impeccably designed room featured a well-appointed desk for added convenience during work hours. Maggie Oakes, the hotel's restaurant, was a delightful revelation, offering a diverse menu with a selection of dry-aged steak and fresh dishes catering to various tastes. The lounge provided a relaxing space for unwinding and socializing. One evening, I treated myself to the soothing thermal circuit at Spa William Gray, the hotel's spa. The consistently excellent service demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. For business travellers seeking refined accommodations, this boutique hotel in Old Montreal is an outstanding choice.

French staff really rude ! Been a neighbour area over 15 years, and have recommended many friends and tourists to the hotel and eat once a week a Maggie Oaks that’s inside the hotel, drink 2 to 4 coffees from olimpico that’s also Inside the hotel ! yet sitting and waiting for a friend in the empty sitting area second floor hotel to go eat at Maggie oaks that’s inside the hotel ! there’s was literally no body in second floor ! Manager comes and kick me out saying I do not have anyone in hotel, did not even want to arguing with him because of his coldness !

hope staff would take time and understand customer before being rude and tell him to exit the hotel !

This place was nothing special. Location greatly situated in old Montreal but room details not up to par and service horrible. Ordered breakfast for room service brought up with no cutlery, called for cutlery and they never showed up ended up eating food with hands before it got cold smh. No lotion in bathroom. Toilet paper rough like you have no idea. Will not be staying here again

Super cute Spa. You can order bottle service! Great customer service ! Im only giving a 4 star cuz there was no bath experience. Super nice experience and clean!!!
