-: un peu dispendieux pour une suite qui , malgré le confort etc, serait dû à être modernisé. Un peu vieillot mais quand même très confortable.

Very kind host and reception. The appeal of the establishment doesn't compare to modern hotels but they do put a lot of time and effort in keeping the place clean and organized, while providing the same amenities. Would recommend if local to the area!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights of my 2 week stay. The first night the TV in the bedroom was distorted and unable to be fixed, and there was dust on almost every flat surface like the room hadn’t been cleaned in months, I also found mold in the bathroom. The second night one of the outlets stopped working and the bathroom light burnt out. When we tried to complain they argued with him. I took photos of the problems and showed them the mold and they said of well that’s on the “inside”.

Awful room. Toilet didn’t flush. Terrible odor in the room. AC did not work.
Breakfast was terrible. No soap, stained towels and wash cloth, and no hangers for our clothes.

Pas satisfait, toilette pas propre, déjeuner pitoyable, mauvais service, A/C. Pas contrôlé, a éviter.

We stayed in a motel unit facing the pool. It was furnished with two nightstands with false fronts instead of drawers. There were no reading lamps either. Lighting and drawer space was inadequate. Two uncomfortable, mismatched chairs: one maybe sixteen inches off the floor, the other not cushioned for comfort. The toilet did not flush completely.

I might expect and accept this at half the price paid. For half the price, I would shut my mouth.

In my opinion, this room was insufficienly furnished and NOT a fair value.

Mon conjoint et moi avons réservé pour une nuit. L'horreur!

Pas de toile pour cacher la lumière du jour. Quand nous leur en avons fait pars, ils nous ont donné une vieille courverture bleu qu'évidemment, nous ne pouvions pas accrocher! Nous avions que 2 petits oreillers qui avaient l'air de carreaux de sucre tellement ils étaient petits...! Le lit pas invitant et vraiment inconfortable. L'air climatisée très bruyante, toilette avec clanche qui ne fonctionne pas...

Les meubles sont désuets. La télévision nous a réveillé à 3hres du mat !!?? Des trous dans le plafond sont cachés avec du papier peint (tye-tac) !! Il y a un grand jour à la porte d'entrée qui n'est pas difficile à ouvrir. Clairement cette chambre a besoin d'amour x 1000.

La propreté n'est pas leur point fort à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. (Gazon long et terrain non entretenu).

Le service à l'accueil est froid. Nous semblons les déranger lorsqu'on s'adresse à eux.

Nous avions droit à un genre de déjeuner continental que nous n'avons pas pris étant donné l'allure qu'avait l'endroit, nous ne voulions pas oser tenter l'expérience vous comprenez ! Nous avons décampés très tôt le matin. Après un séjour de quelques hres nous en avions assez vu!

Bref, c'est loin d'être recommandable. Tous les bons commentaires date de plusieurs années. Ce n'est plus les mêmes propriétaires depuis! Ça explique tout ! Mettez votre argent durement gagné autre pars !
Pour 178$ c'est carrément du vol.

Nous, nous aurions aimé le savoir.

Une vraie fraude! Chambre réservée en laissant croire que les montgolfières partaient de leur site, ce qui n’est plus le cas. Piscine et chambre sales, déjeuner médiocre, tout comme le service à la clientèle.

Bien mais un peu sale ..piscine pas chauffer du tout ...pas accès à la salle de sport et au sauna ????

Auberge très médiocre je pense que le propriétaire ne fait plus rien chambre très ordinaire lit pas très confortable le déjeuner pas grand chose pour manger je suis très déçu de mon séjour à l Auberge je ne retournerez pas et je ne recommande à personne l,auberges Harris

Personnel très agréable et serviable. La chambre était propre mais sentait le renfermé et la cigarette. C'était assez intense comme odeur! J'ai laissé la fenêtre ouverte pour quelques heures mais pas moyen d'effacer l'odeur.

Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Super belle endroit pour groupe avec feu exterieur. Je reviendrai ici n’importe quand!

I suppose the Christmas decorations in the lobby in May was a hint to the attention to detail. And don’t let the Trip Advisor Travellers Choice posters fool you. They were dated 2017 and 2018 which might account for some of the more positive older reviews on this site. We experienced two rooms in the main hotel because the air conditioning was not working in the first. The staff was very quick to move us to another room. Both rooms were outdated but clean. And furniture in both rooms was drastically different. Again, this could account for varying reviews depending upon which room you got. The sagging mattresses and flat pillow however were way past their prime. I had a nasty fall on the steps leading from our balcony. The wooden steps were fairly rotten and the step height varied catching me off guard. Breakfast was included but we noted that yogurt was warm, and the bread was just in a bag for all guests to reach into. I can’t say for sure obviously that this is where we picked up a stomach bug but less than a day later…….. The best part about this hotel would be the friendly staff who tried their best to make our stay pleasant, and the location.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé, du au manque d electricite chez nous , nous avons passé une nuitée, très bien couché, endroit très très propre et dejeuner continental très bon j ai beaucoup apprécié
Nous avons appris que c était Marathon de St Jean et il y avait une rente en face de nous avec musique très forte ca reveille tôt

Chambre bruyantes (toilette qui fuit, peu d'isolation, frigo...). Prévoyez vos bouchons d'oreille ! Moisissure dans la salle de bain.
