WoW quel magnifique et fabuleux quel service impeccable !

This resort is great! I highly suggest upgrading to a lake view, definitely worth the price!
The receptionist that took care of us (Joliane) was super professional and got things done. We had a little issue with the fireplace not lighting up and her and her supervisor got it fixed very shortly after mentioning it. We were also able to make requests via text and the response time was once again amazing! What a great feature.
Julia at the bar was also lovely and professional. I highly recommend this place for your next trip if you want to relax, eat well and enjoy a nice view within reach of Montreal.

Unfortunately terrible stay due to awful noise. Astounded by how this issue was dealt with (or not dealt with).
My husband and I booked a stay for the first time with Esterel resort for our honeymoon in February and despite being quite pleased with a lot of the amenities esterel resort had to offer, the room was highly unliveable.
There was a rumbling noise that sounds like some machine starting up (perhaps a heating unit) that went off EVERY MINUTE our entire stay. We were unable to sleep the entire night, which was very disappointing as, with two young children at home, we were looking forward to this getaway for a very long time.

I went to the front counter to address the situation and was told to send an email with the recording attached and I did. I also highly recommend visiting the room themselves to see how loud it is.

I sent this email and received no response. Nothing.

We ended up leaving earlier than we had intended as, following having to endure that the entire night, the sound was making it unbearable to stay in the room even in the morning.
As I said, we are very disappointed that after spending so much money to stay at this resort and having enjoyed almost every other aspect of our stay, that our entire experience was so soured by this.

Over a month later and esterel resort didn't even acknowledge receipt of my email. I suppose they were just waiting for us to leave and then ignore us.
This left me no choice but to leave this review.

Nous adorons l’endroit, chambres superbes, excellents restos, nous y retournerons très certainement et nous le recommandons a tous ceux qui ont besoin de fuir le stress de la vie quotidienne….

Service was good, don't recommend bringing kids as there is nothing for them to do really. The exterior could use a coat of paint cause of all the rust showing. Beware that if you want Valet service it's 30 $ for the day so just drive you car yourself and walk down.
