This was a family trip for my husband’s 60th birthday. 4 adult children. Right from the start we were pleasantly surprised as we didn’t have any preconceived ideas of what the place was like and had read a few bad reviews. The whole stay from the reception, rooms, dinner and service was beyond our expectations. Staff was so friendly and always asking if we were enjoying our stay. Our rooms were comfortable and quiet. We were blessed with excellent weather to take in many of the activities. The meals were excellent and part of our package. A few items on the menu were a bit extra from our package if you choose those add on. Great selection of drinks also a good non-alcoholic beer. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The front desk staff they very nice and very helpful
Concernant le spa (en supplément), nous avons été un peu déçus car les bains à tourbillon étaient trop froids (94F/33C) par une météo glaciale de -20°C. En l’indiquant à la réception, aucun geste n’a été accordé spontanément.
