One of the worst stays I had in a hotel. Extremely dirty and even the front desk came in the room to see and he was embarrassed of the state of the room. I'll put pictures from our room. On the shower curtain you can see blood and mold, literally no cleaning was done.
No help whatsoever from the owners who only offered 10% on our next stay, but let's be honest, we'll never go back. The front desk employee looked overwhelmed when we got there and was rude.
Next morning, an employee even offered us to stay elsewhere next time since it's not the first time that the 3rd floor rooms were dirty.
Now, 5 days since we lodge a complaint and still nothing new. Extremely unsatisfied.

I spent one night, together with my son. The room was ok and comfy, clean and beautiful view, to the mountains. The hotel is very close to downtown, restaurants, stores.
The only think that I didn't like was the receptionist ( a young lady, so cold, no any smile, even when we check in and check out too).

Great quiet place to stay on the best stretch of road in Sauveur
MOINS: acceuil ordinaire, tapis dans la chambre, télévision non-intelligente et télécommande non fonctionnelle, spa non fonctionnel (ne chauffe pas).
