CHECK UNDER THE FITTED SHEET????I had such a horrible experience here. No wifi, which they hung up on me twice when I called about it respectfully (i had work to do). Then i was heading to bed and the bed and extra blanket supplied was full of someones hair. Counters werent wiped, toothpaste on the mirror, a chunk of hair on the couch back rest. They gave us new sheets and when we removed the fitted sheet it was DISGUSTING. Like it was never cleaned. It was full of food and the guy couldnt find a new mattress cover. We packed our stuff to leave and when i tried to explain the state of the room the guy freaked out and threatened to call the cops??? He said they never get complaints yet the guy working at night told us they were having issues with the cleaning people. We were kind until that point. He refused to even give us a discount and still charged us the whole stay. DONT GO. Ps Mario desk guy needs anger management therapy

The owner barged into our room at 10:30pm while my family and I were asleep (let himself in with a key after knocking only once) and started screaming at us that we hadn't paid for the 3rd night of our stay demanding we show him the paper receipt. My husband chased him out after threatening to call the police. We confirmed the next morning that we had paid in full for 3 nights. There was no apology from management. We were 3 families staying for multiple nights over the holidays, bringing in good revenue for this business.
As a women I felt very shaken up after, and kept thinking what would have happened if it has just been my kids and I in the room. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. UNSTABLE AND UNPREDICTABLE OWNER.

Supère hôtel près d'une épicerie. Propre, avec cuisinette et foyer. Le bouchon du bain est à réparer. Personnel gentil et serviable.
