Hôtel dû pour un grand rafraîchissement! Trous dans les plafonds de la salle de bain, taches sur les murs près de la toilettes, verres à vin dans les armoires très sales et gras, ventilation vraiment bruyante et aucune isolation sonore. Toiles d’araignées. Il va sans dire que nous n’avons pas tenté le spa.
À part un lit confortable et le personnel à l’accueil qui a été super accueillant, accommodant et courtois, nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour.

Quel bel accueil de la part de Christine. Nous nous sommes senti à la maison dès notre arrivée.
Petit endroit rustique où il fait bon vivre! Mention spéciale au jacuzzi ainsi qu’à la piscine chauffée à l’année (wow!)

This hotel is very well located and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The staff is very friendly and professional. My room was large with a romantic fireplace. The hotel supplied the first log to burn in the fireplace with additional logs costing $5. The hotel is located within walking distance to Provigo. There you can purchase additional logs at a more reasonable price. The room has a small fridge, coffee maker and safe. The bathroom was large with a jet bathtub and separate shower. The room itself required a makeover. It was tired looking and in need of fresh paint and carpet. Besides that it is a great place to stay.
