Booked two bedroom cabin 15 for my wife and I for a fall fishing retreat. We invited her sister and boyfriend. Upon arrival we were met with a price increase for two extra people, which was a surprise. The cabin would have been great for myself and a Buddy, tight for the four of us . It’s a fishing hunting base cabin. English is not prominently spoken and front desk info not freely given out. Not all amenities open, ie: food and beverage. The boutique is open but expensive. For fishing talk to Yanic, beard and man bun, this is his playground. We took our own pontoon boat, they don’t allow fishing on theirs but have a good fleet of Princecraft fishing boats. Yanic explained the closed salmon and trout season and directed us right to Great pike fishing. The waterway is massive, great shorelines for shore lunches and stretching your legs. This would be a great fishing , hunting base camp for anyone looking for a drive too location.
Hope to return for spring trout and salmon.
