Es la cuarta vez que venimos a este hotel. Las primeras 3 habían sido experiencias muy agradables. Había desayuno incluido, la hacían la limpieza del las habitaciones todos los días y el servicio muy bueno
En este momento estamos hospédados y TODO MAL.
Ya no hay desayuno, te hacen la limpieza cada tercer día y tarde en el día. Y si quieres que alguien haga la limpieza un día extra te cobran 50 dólares canadienses mas impuestos, por hacer solo 1 cuarto.
El trato del personal en general es malo. que lástima porque solía ser un gran lugar

Cute, little hotel. The carpet in the room is gross but that's usually how it is in hotels. Loved being on the ground floor and walking right out to the hot tub. 5 minute drive to skiing.

Booked a condo at the Equinoxe that was managed by the staff at Chateau Beauvallon which is a short drive away. Apart from the warm welcome at check-in and the fantastic view of the lake from our room, it wasn't great.

Broken BBQ being held together with duct tape. Weird red stains on the black & white sofas which we tried hard to assume wasn't blood. All non-stick cookwear was scratched and unusable.

We told the staff about the issues and were quick to respond with promising us a refund/credit for one night (which we didn't even ask for, it was offered, so we gladly accepted). Upon following up on that offer, the entire staff at Chateau Bauvallon were almost impossible to reach. When we did reach someone, they all told us to contact "Mercedes". After several voicemails and an email, we were played. Either this person doesn't exist or doesn't know how to use basic communication tools. 4 months later, still waiting for this place to fulfull their refund/credit promise. For the ghosting experience alone from the staff, do not recommend.
