The suite was well equipped and modern. It was in a walkable distance to Le Village for ski rental, grocery and restaurant. The ground was still being built so no restaurant on site nor gym.

Chateau Morritt in Tremblant is a five-star gem that exceeded all expectations. The receptionist was hospitable and provided us with recommendations and information that made our stay more enjoyable. We upgraded to a two-bedroom, which was well stocked. Our room had a large balcony to hang out outside. The facility also had a fire pit, outdoor hot tub, and outdoor skating rink available later in the season, weather permitting. The Chateau's location is a 6-minute free bus ride to the Village and offers free shuttle service to and from the Village with prior reservation. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Accessibility: elevator on site.

Très beaux condos et bien aménagés, mais ne pensez pas 3 secondes pouvoir y dormir sans bouchons. Les logements disposent de la pire insonorisation que j'ai vu dans un hôtel / condos ...

To say we're disappointed would be an understatement.

We booked this hotel based on the affordable rates, luxury photos, location to the hill and spa. ( we should of known better) with numerous FB adds thrown in our faces with such a great deal.. we feel scammed as we were placed in the old hotel. Two large flights of stairs to climb up is not an easy task being 35 weeks pregnant. There's also no lights on these stairs, we tried to search for a switch. This is a major safety concern.

There's no phone in the room shall we need to reach someone for assistance.

This trip to mont tremblant was a combination of our anniversary, christmas, my 32nd birthday and our baby moon as our due date is in 3 weeks. Our last getaway just the two of us before we welcome our baby girl.

We tried to cancel our 2nd night so we could rebook elsewhere. There was no accommodation offered to us for our dissatisfaction, customer service could use an upgrade along with the hotel information.

There isn't even a TV in our room so we can kick back and relax.

Our bathroom sink has a rusty hole in it, resulting in a wet floor causing me to loose my balance

We received 1 towel for two of us for our two day stay!!

Nous avions eu un accueil chaleureux avec Chantal et un chaleureux check-out avec Marie-Claude. Chambres très propres. Belle expérience avec le jaccuzi, la famille a adoré. Nous avions tout à notre disposition, même des ustensiles pour enfants. Les enfants ont aimés les télévisions intelligentes. Lits et oreillers confortables. Patinoire à proximité. Expérience à refaire.

Amazing time in Mont Tremblant. Chantal and Florence have been super helpful and friendly, outstanding level of service. Highly recommend and definitely will come back!!!

I’ve been an owner at Morritts in Grand Cayman for 25 years. The quality of our visits to the island and the resort has been nothing but top notch. Living in New Brunswick and my husband originally from Montreal and skied Mont Tremblant growing up we are excited to see that the Morritts experience is now available in Canada. No hesitation on recommending a stay on this resort. They know how to bring the best experience and quality to a holiday.

To be fair, we are in the older "auberge" rooms. Which are "fine". The actual hotel rooms look nice, but I can't speak to those.

This resort is the perfect vacation getaway. It’s nearly new, gorgeous, modern with lots of amenities. The manager, Paul is so welcoming and gracious. He knows the area and made fabulous recommendations.
We had a second floor, lake front unit that was quiet and super comfortable. We look forward to returning.

Very nice, new, modern condos. Great service. Chantal is extremely friendly and helpful. Paul was great to work with on a promotion they were offering. Located minutes from the ski hill, and walking distance to petit train du nord. Beautiful views on lac Moore. Would highly recommend.
