Deludente sotto ogni aspetto. La chiave si smagnetizzava continuamente, la televisione non funzionava, e il personale – pur gentile – era troppo poco per gestire l’afflusso. Mi domando sinceramente se pagare il prezzo pieno abbia senso, quando quasi nulla funziona come dovrebbe. Un’esperienza frustrante che non consiglio.

Une soirée avec un accueil sympa en revanche le prix de la chambre pour dormir sur un lit de camp... un peu abusé ! Pas assez d'oreillers ni de serviettes pour tout le monde. Pour le petit déjeuner... un prix exorbitant pour des minis croissants et pains au chocolat surgelés... très moyen quand même !

Wow! I had a wonderful time with my family, its was a beautiful place both in and out, everything was well fix in place beautiful beds, comfortable chairs, clean toilet, good food, good services and well decurated . I which to return someday.

J’ai passais une séjour dans cette hôtel au 1 eme étage , le ménage ni fait ni a faire , sous le lit pleins de poussière draps tacher , lit mal fait , la cuves de wc avec urine dessus

Venues tester votre restaurant...comment vous dire notre déception.. sur votre site vous parlez de buffets d entrée et desserts.. nous n avons rien vu de tel... entrées minimalistes..plats peu copieux et viande et poisson secs.. bref.. déçues +++++ désolée mais nous ne reviendrons pas..

Stayed as part of a Leger battlefield tour. Clean and well-appointed room. Excellent buffet breakfast and supper menu for restaurant in evening. A special mention to the sunny Anne Sophie who really looks after and interacts with customers.

In the middle of nowhere. Restaurant closed at weekends.no tea making facilities. Staff were nice rooms clean. Not what we expected a poor choice Leger!!!

Bien placé, accueil ultra sympathique et petit déjeuner servi a table, suite au buffet annulé pour trop peu de chambres réservées ( trois) impeccable rien de manquant à la demande, chambre et accès PMR RAS, plusieurs bornes pour les véhicules électriques

Room good. Comfy large bed and good shower. |Could do with providing kettle etc, in room. |Breakfast was good as was restaurant food. Staff very friendly.|TV in room only had BBC news no English Chanel’s. We did manage to select English through settings and choosing audio.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Normandy 5 day tour, its what you expect at an Ibis Hotel, basic, but clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly, led by Sophie. The rooms were fine, good shower, bar and restaurant - Although there are no tea & Coffee making facilities in the rooms! The hotel is in a slightly remote location, around 1.5k from Falaise town, although close to a large supermarket (handy for provisions).

A fantastic find with great customer service. The room was pretty basic but had a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. There was no a/c but the window opened really wide to allow lots of fresh air in.
The restaurant is great and again, the staff are lovely. Food good and there’s lawns all around.

Réservation de dernière minute. Arrivé sur place peu avant 21h30, l’accueil m’informe gentiment que le restaurant prend sa dernière commande mais peut un peu patienter si je souhaite dîner. Personnel serviable et aimable, rendant le séjour agréable.

In the middle of an industrial area and a good walk outside of Falaise. No food outlets nearby and hotel did not open the restaurant on the Saturday evening. We were on a Battlefield Tour and arrived back at the hotel at 7pm to be told there was no restaurant that night so had to visit a nearby supermarket to buy sandwiches. Rooms are very small and quite dated. No safe in room which meant we had to carry our cash and Passports with us at all times. Only 2 small bathtowels in the bathroom, no hand towels. Bed was comfortable and linen was very clean. Menu in the restaurant (when it was open) was quite restricted but continental breakfast was satisfactory.
