Our family had an amazing time during spring break. This is our second time here, and we wish to return in the very near future. The valet workers always warmly greet us and hold the doors. Front desk clerks were extremely helpful and polite. A few things didn’t go as well, such as having to use the employee elevator, missing bath robes for the kids, limited staff at times in restaurants but the concierge Lauren Beaulieu made our family stay extra memorable. We absolutely loved the outdoor heated pool, the steam room, the cookie decorating class, roasting marshmallows, zip lining and most importantly, the location!!! Great view with nearby hiking trails.

Difficile a dire si c'est la norme vu l'achalandage mais l'attente est longue pour le service et payer dans le bar du lobby.

Je ne recommande pas pour la relâche scolaire. Il n’ont pas assez de capacité pour une pleine occupation. Donc il y a très peu de possibilités de faire les activités (ex le cinéma à seulement 20 places…). La piscine déborde et ils n’ont plus de serviettes… les resto n’offrent pas de menus adaptés au enfants. Une chance que La Malbaie n’est pas trop loin.
