Room is clean and comfy. Awesome view of the lake from the lounge and some rooms (though not mine). Very cheap gym with machines from a generation ago. 11$+tx for a Heineken. Me: at this price do you serve some peanuts or chips with it? Desk guy: sorry, there’s a vending machine there.

Chambre correcte sans plus
Mais beaucoup de contraintes :
Le contrôle des cartes empêchant l’accès aux étages était très handicapant Les enfants restaient coincés entre les étages
Aucune convivialité pour les familles/ équipe
Aucun rassemblement nul part, même pas dans le lobby, aucune possibilité de louer une salle pour éviter les désagréments alors que les salles n’étaient pas loués
Aucune possibilité de changer le poste de télévision pour mettre du hockey un samedi soir alors que le
Lobby était vide
On ne se sentait pas les bienvenus

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and without surprises. This hotel feels brand new with quiet rooms and lots of amenities. My compliments to the cleaning staff. The room was spacious with a nice layout for both work and rest. We could barely hear the air handling system and the beds were very comfortable. There was lots of hot water, and the bathrooms were modern and spotless. It has both above ground and secure underground parking. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Je déplore le fait que vous utilisez dans vos publicités télé une chanson quelconque susurrée par une voix sans grand intérêt et en anglais par dessus le marché ! Pour une entreprise qui est québécoise en plus, c'est le comble !
