Magnifique maison, chambre très confortable, atmosphère très agréable, petit déjeuner extra je recommande ce gîte

Ce sont des menteurs!!! Il n’ont pas une Spa, leurs chauffage ne fonction pas. Dans tout le maison est froid, comme ils sauvent d’argent. Il y a une odeur de vieux maison. Il y a de grands troux dans le plancher. Il utilise des lamps ultraviolet pour desinfection, donc si vous voulez respirer avec ozon vous etes inviter. Ils ont menti aussi au Expedia pour ne pas rembourse.

Reponse au commentaire: les propriétaires clairement ne comprennent pas la différence entre avoir un spa dans leur maison et avoir Spa Nordic à ville Sherbrooke, ce pas du tout la même chose. Il y a plusieurs choses à Sherbrooke mais il ne faut pas tout le mettre dans l’annonce d'Expedia.

One of the best B&B that I have ever stayed in! I was not sure what exactly to expect, but this little house in a small town exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are very clean and all furnished with antique and unique pieces, the location is very convenient and the lovely couple who run the house were so kind and helpful. Also, the breakfast, which they cook and prepare themselves using ingredients from their garden, was to die for! I can't wait to go back!

There was A BAT in our bedroom here-owners do not offer a refund even when there is a bat in your room. Il y a des chauves-souris dans notre chambre. Les propriétaires n'offrent pas de remboursement même si vous avez des chauves-souris dans votre chambre fixe. We were excited to stay at this beautiful BnB in Sherbrooke. It was lovely inside and in a great location, unfortunately we had a terrible experience. We went to bed at 10pm and at 11pm were awoken by noise and a bat flying over our heads in our room. We packed up our things and left, feeling uncomfortable to stay overnight. There were no available hotels or motels open nearby and we drove all the way through the night to our destination.

Upon informing the hosts of our experience and requesting a partial refund, they said it was "incomprehensible that a bat was in our room." They said they would give us a "discount." The "discount" ended up being a refund of the tip we gave them (they prompt you for a tip when you pay at the beginning of your stay). We called again to request a refund for the actual service, and the host was very rude, saying again that he did not believe a 'flying mouse' was in the house. I will never stay here again-if there are bats and we are not even able to sleep there the night, a refund is the least that should be issued. Would highly recommend staying elsewhere as clearly they are not addressing the bat issue seriously.

Had a wonderful stay and would love to return sometime in the future in a different season
