Let me start by saying that the location is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the kite instructors are all really nice. What’s hopeless is the reception… very unreliable. At times it felt like being in a prison, as you are bound to stay at their hotel or any of the sister hotels (Attitude, West Point, Dunes etc). If you want to go anywhere outside their connected locations, it’s impossible to get there. I asked for cash at the reception (paid for by card) to book my own taxi, but they would not give me it, unless I promised the cash wouldn’t leave the hotel. What??
Dakhla Evasion hotel next door offered beautiful horse riding excursions, but there’s no means of getting there, even though it’s only a mile away. As you can’t get past the road police outside the hotel. The reception suggested instead going to their horse stable 20 km away for double the price…(one of their connections).
Important to know is that the rooms have no Aircon or heating. I posted some realistic images, so you can really see what it’s like. There’s no pool at the hotel, and there’s literally nothing to do when theres no wind. They will at most ferry you to one of their other hotels (at a cost).
Other than that, great kitesurfing spot!

Très bel hôtel avec une vue mer incroyable au réveil ! Les espaces sont très propres et décorés avec goût. La nourriture est variée et de très bonne qualité, merci au Chef et à son équipe dévouée. L’intégralité du staff est attentionné, bienveillant et très poli aussi bien au niveau du bar, que les équipes ménage et les jardiniers.
Excellent rapport qualité prix, belle découverte, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !
L'école de kitesurf est également de grande qualité. Les staffs sont extrêmement professionnels, drôles et s’adaptent très facilement au niveau des élèves.
Diversité d’activités proposées (kitesurfing, wingfoil, wakeboard…). Merci à toute l’équipe et particulièrement à Saleh et Booba pour leur bonne humeur quotidienne ! À l’année prochaine

Most beautiful spot at the lagune! Amazing bungalows, amazing views, amazing staff. Perfect for kite eat sleep repeat! Very proffesional sports center! Lovly family athmosphere and very chilled laidback vibes! I loved every minute and cant wait to come back! Thank you guys
