Amazing place! Cozy atmosphere of “a farmhouse” combined with the cider and calvados production makes it worth spending a couple of hours (maybe more). Grand merci à Quentin, our welcoming guide there on the 7th of April. He showed us all the machines used for collection of apples and pears and for their further processing for cider and calvados making. He also explained us the process of fermentation, difference between the ages of liquids and many other things. Last but not least, he provided us with the great experience of tasting! A huge variety of ciders and calvados are available there, as well as juices and other things. We really enjoyed the trip!

Un moment très agréable passé à la cidrerie. Une visite, de l'ensemble, très intéressante avec une guide passionnée.
Nous étions ravis de discuter, avec elle, de nos souvenirs à la campagne au moment du ramassage des pommes (à genoux) et le pressage et la mise en bouteilles (manuel) : toute une époque !
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
