Hi I booked Rasheed Taxi based on his website and reviews. We were struggling to find a reasonably priced taxi / tour in Tanger (we were doing a day trip). I liked Rachid from his messages and his prices were totally transparent and reasonable. He catered the tour for us and when we said we didn’t want to do something he automatically deducted an amount from the price. He was kind and considerate and went over and above to help us - including nearly getting a parking ticket just to allow me to go somewhere last minute. I would not hesitate in recommending him if you want a tour or taxi in Tanger. We made enquiries to a lot of guides but rachid was the most reasonable and accommodating and he really made our trip a pleasure. He is a young man with a young family from Tanger and loves his city. Service was excellent
On the day of travel the service was excellent and smooth, and it was easy to be in touch with the driver. I didn't have to wait at any point, and I'd give top marks for the whole experience. The only point to improve would be the booking phase, as it didn't go as smoothly as expected. However, don't be put off by that–the customer service is great and even though some of the booking interfaces don't work perfectly, they'll respond to any queries quickly and sort things out. Thank you, I'll definitely use your services again!

Notre chauffeur était Rachid Faire la réservation en ligne a été facile - une bonne communication de la part de l'entreprise qui nous a tenus informés de notre prochain voyage. Excellent ,service irréprochable, Mr Rachid est très ponctuel voir même en avance, très réactif sur whatsapp, de bons conseils pour les visites ou les restaurants. Trajets très agréables en sa compagnie fait découvrir en même temps sa ville et sa région. Tarifs ultra corrects, nul besoin de négocier. Je recommande à
