Lacking in basic things like temperature control in the room, coffee/tea refills, cleaners following the "do not disturb" sign, dont pickup the phone late/early hours, no tub in the bathroom, hotel is far from everything worth seeing in the town, short restaurant/breakfeast hours

Ce Novotel ressemble davantage à un Ibis, un peu perdu dans une périphérie urbaine.|Après un séjour dans le Mercure de Rambouillet et avant notre passage dans celui de Saint-Malo (les suites de ce dernier sont remarquables), la différence est de taille.|L'hôtel semble être rempli essentiellement avec des cars.|Bon, pas très bonne pioche cette fois là.

Un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons très bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec vue jardin/ piscine, un environnement très agréable pour commencer la journée. Les équipes sont chaleureuses et pro, nous avons goûté la salade César au restaurant: elle est délicieuse ????|Merci pour ce bel accueil

Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for our group. Amazing water pressure for the shower and the lack of a bathtub was a plus for us. Did not use the outdoor pool ourselves but plenty others did during our stay.
Overall the only issue is the lack of temperature control. When informed of this the receptionist offered to bring a fan to our room rather than try to fix the air control but neither technician nor fan ever arrived.
