This is a very small hotel in the historic district of Caen, France. It is very reasonably priced but spartan in its amenities. We were informed they had air conditioning but discovered their idea of air conditioning was an oscillating fan. This was frustrating as during our stay the temperatures were in the mid to high 80’s. Our room was very clean and we had a king-sized bed, which is quite hard to find at many hotels in France. I would recommend this hotel in one of their double rooms for an overnight or short stay in cooler weather. And if you ever stay here, please note you need an entry code for any time someone is not working the desk. Otherwise, you will be locked out of the hotel. This was not adequately explained to us at check in due to a language barrier.

Séjour de 3 nuits à cet Hôtel , nous le recommandons vivement.
Accueillant , très proche et très très bien située en centre ville????????????????
Un petit bémol , le matin nous entendons les portes du couloir , ainsi que les gens , peut-être pas suffisamment isolé ????
