J'occupais une chambre dont la porte fenêtre menant sur une terrasse communicante était cassée et ne se fermait pas. Pas un geste commercial de la part de l'hôtel qui ""ne savait pas"". Quand un produit est défectueux il ne doit pas être proposé à la vente. Il s'agit d'une prestation trompeuse dont le seul but est de gagner un peu d'argent. Je ne recommande pas, la chambre ne vaut pas le prix payé.

This is a very basic hotel, although the location was good, hence the one star, be aware, the young lad on reception was pleasant but when he was unable to do a refund he referred us the he’s lady colleague that would be on reception in the morning. Well what a very rude lady she was. When we tried to explain she kept insisting that we should have told them sooner ( we had told the young lad the morning before) she just kept snorting why we tried to explain. Then telling us she had been doing the job a long time and knew what she was doing, on finding out she was wrong she did not apologise just did the refund and stomped off.|If you need to use a lift be aware again as it stops between floors so you either walk up a flight or down a flight!! The lift is very small just enough room for one person and two small suitcases, |In the room no fire alarms or safe ( be aware as when you leave your room locked the cleaner will not lock the room just close the door) the tea making facilities are poor kettle was good but provisions not good, their is no air conditioning system so gets hot and when opening the window it’s noisy and smelly from the restaurant below, our view was of a courtyard where the bins were stored.|Had a bath but did not work working, very little storage.|One last thing parking, it is pay parking and runs from 9 am to 12.30 am. ( after midnight) which is a long day to pay for parking.
