Lieu très accessible, à pied ou en transport en commun depuis la gare. Personnel accueillant et chambre spacieux et propre.

Stayed here two nights. Located half way between town centre.and train staion in a very quiet part of town. Friendly staff, easy checkin. Room was standard, as mentioned in previous posts the ensuite area is small and adjacent to bed but was mangeable. Around the corner theres a carrefour and restuarants. Good option for Caen

Paying the full rate for a 3* Hotel, I was given a room with the shower cabin at 40 cm from the bed head, and the toilet in a cabinet separated by a flimsy sliding door next to the shower cabin. The window shades did not work reliably. I was told that I got this room as I was travelling alone, and that a photo 31/33 on their site showed the disposition.
The hotel has 5 rooms on each of its 4 floors that have reasonable layouts and one on each floor which is as this one, under par.
Breakfast ok, but not more.
Personnel otherwise helpful and friendly.

Bel hôtel en centre-ville. Propre, chambre confortable. Salle de bains un peu étroite et lavabo peu pratique.|Le confort souffre de la proximité immédiate d'un "boite de nuit" un peu bruyante.|Petit déjeuner copieux sous la forme d'un buffet salé et sucré.
