Such a clean and tidy hotel in the heart of Caen! Our hosts were extremely friendly and warm, ensuring our stay was pleasant. I would recommend this property for your stay in the city!

Hotel tres bien situé. Un accueil très sympathique. Une literie de qualité. Et le petit déjeuner avec " du fait maison " est tres agréable et délicieux
En plus ces boissons sont disponibles toute la journée.

Highly recommend. My family and I had to adjust our reservation by one night as our flight had cancelled the day before, this was accommodated with no issues. Rooms and facilities were clean, easy check in/out, very good breakfast. Zoe (Owner) was so friendly and helpful with everything that we needed.

Avevamo lasciato qualche ora prima un hotel nuovissimo e moderno, per cui l'impatto è stato un po' "dove sono capitato ". Invece mi sono dovuta ricredere, la stanza è il bagno sono molto puliti, bagni rinnovati con una bella doccia spaziosa, viene fatta la pulizia giornaliera delle camere con cambio asciugamano, abbondante colazione ad un ottimo prezzo, 12 euro. Piccola nota, da quanto ho potuto vedere le camere non sono climatizzate, noi a fine agosto abbiamo dormito bene con le finestre chiuse e piumone leggero, non so però come sia il clima in estate a Caen.
Titolare gentilissimo.
Si trova in pieno centro storico a Caen, quindi comodissimo, e adiacente ad un parcheggio sotterraneo che dalle 19 alle 8 costa 1,50 euro (se arrivate qualche minuto prima sono 22 euro per la notte).
Consigliato.

Two-floor hotel without an elevator, a bit difficult to climb with luggage (so not all that good for older people). The staff was very good, breakfast was acceptable, not a lot of variety. ||The room was very comfortable. No AC though - there was a heater. The bathroom was ok, room was very tidy, they cleaned every day, no complaints there. There is a safety box.||The hotel is in the city centre, a McDonalds 2 blocks away and a supermarket a couple of blocks away as well. Didn't see any taxis close by, but the receptionist will call for you.||The best part of the hotel was that they have a tour guide in it - had the best private tours in the Normandy beaches (had a 3-day private trip). Would definitely recommend!
