Edit: When you have a customer facing business you have a responsibility towards your customers as well in addition to your employees. I rated your business (not you as a person) to warn other potential customers who might travel far seeing your opening hours listed in Google and waste their time and for that you are calling me selfish and a slave driver!! I am not ashamed (as you think I should be) for rating your business 1 star even though I did not get to eat, but you as a business deserve the 1 star for your breach of trust and false advertising.
Step 1: you can certainly close/open anytime you want, just don't advertise that you are open.
