斯特拉斯堡历史悠久的善终洞穴（La Cave historique des Hospices de Strasbourg）始建于 1395 年，早在中世纪就开始负责看守葡萄酒、谷物和其他易腐物品。600 多年后的今天，它仍保留着这一功能。这个阴沉沉的洞穴通过三座分别建于 1472 年、1519 年和 1525 年的历史悠久的酒窖和三座经过修复的石棺散发出葡萄酒的芳香。其中最古老的酒桶中装有世界上最古老的葡萄酒！

Strasbourg n'est pas la ville la plus intéressante que j'ai jamais vue, mais cette maison et son sous-sol m'ont assez surpris. Une cave avec un tas de vrais vins qu'on ne peut pas goûter... C'est dommage. Mais vous pouvez l'acheter ! Les prix ne sont pas mauvais, même pour un étudiant comme moi. Il ne s'agit pas d'une très grande cave où vous pourrez faire une visite audio et écouter les anciennes traditions de vinification. L'odeur et l'atmosphère sont restées de cette époque, honnêtement, si vous avez le temps et 15 euros de plus, venez choisir du vin pour la soirée. Nous avons pris de la muscade, qui ne coûtait pas plus de 10 euros et nous avons beaucoup aimé ! Si je reviens à Strasbourg, j'y retournerai certainement pour prendre encore du vin, n'est-ce pas le meilleur compliment ?

An extremely fascinating place.
Compared to other places in Strasbourg, this place is really suitable for English speakers who don't onow french. Entry is for free and you can take a tour of the wine celler where there are posters explaining interesting facts about the items in the building or the building itself (in English, French and German). For the price of 3 euros you can also recieve a speaker with an audio guide which explains the facts more thoroughly. They have the oldest wine in the world. It is a really beautiful place and the wines there are at a very reasonable price at their quality. The staff were also really nice.
I really recommend a visit to this place.
