We were given a room at the end of the corridor. A/C was barely working in a hot Summer

We stayed in Sofitel Strasbourg for 4 days and our stay was very nice comfortable and staff was very helpful rooms very comfortable and all amenities available, thanks to all staff for excellent service .

Arrives as part of a motorcycle tour, good underground garage facilities, very expensive for drinks and air conditioning in the room way poor, rooms are tired and in need of update.

We made a last minute booking and chose the Sofitel for its location.||Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were escorted to our room.|The room was large, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The furnishings are tired and you have to step in/out of a bath to access the shower.||Balmain products in the bathroom were nice.||We didn't eat, but had drinks in the bar/on the terrace. Again, the staff were great.||The hotel is well located for sightseeing, shopping and transport. ||Tip - visit the church located opposite, it's beautiful!

Toll gelegenes Hotel, von dem man die Stadt ohne Probleme zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal ist mega freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Man kümmert sich sofort um das Auto, Gepäck und einen reibungslosen Check-in. Das habe ich selten so erlebt. ||Auf der anderen Seite könnte das Hotel eine Renovierung insbesondere der Zimmer vertragen (wir hatten schon die teuren Zimmer im 4 Stock, keine Ahnung wie der Rest aussieht) und auch an der ein oder andern Stelle ist Sauberkeit nicht das erste Gebot der Stunde. So standen die dreckigen Gläser mit dem gratis Wasser in der Lobby über Stunden ohne dass sie weggeräumt wurden bzw. saubere Gläser nach gebracht wurden.||Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit der ein oder anderen Anregung für Verbesserung, da ich von Sofitel doch einen anderen Standard an Sauberkeit und Zustand der Zimmer kenne und auch erwarten würde.
