A Winter Wonderland in Strasbourg
I recently had the pleasure of staying a few hours at Sofitel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, providing easy access to the charm of Strasbourg.
From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor added a special touch to our visit.
One of the highlights was the unique ice skating activity within the hotel venue. It's not every day you find a hotel that offers such an original and enjoyable concept. The ice skating rink added a delightful winter touch to our stay, making it stand out from other accommodations.
Overall, this hotel in Strasbourg exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent service, a fantastic location, and the added bonus of the ice skating activity made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and unique experience in Strasbourg.

La patinoire est une super idée, le mini marché de Noël gourmand devant l’hôtel est top, le bar excellent et l’accueil et le service en général étaient excellent! Je recommande fortement ce sofitel!

Vous conviendrez, que lorsqu'un client réserve un hôtel, Sofitel, dit cinq étoiles, il ne peut être accueilli dans ces conditions, lesquelles ne respectent pas les règles les plus élémentaires d'hygiène qu'un hôtel classique aurait offert.
Après nous avoir proposé une chambre sale, il nous a été proposé une chambre avec une odeur de cigarette et d'humidité et d'absence d'aération …
Dès lors, et ce faisant, nous avons été contraints de quitter l'hôtel à 3h du matin, alors que nous avions fait 6 heures de trajet depuis Paris, espérant vivre une expérience Sofitel....
Je vous laisse imaginer notre déception.
Je reste donc dans l'attente de votre prompt retour, portant à votre attention que naturellement le minimum serait le remboursement intégral de la prestation qui au surplus n'a pas été consommée.
Je vous prie de croire, chère Madame, à l'assurance de Mes sentiments distingués.
J'ai essayé de vous joindre à plusieurs reprises mais sans succès. Je vous ai également laissé un message vocal sur votre téléphone portable. Je suis sincèrement navrée de lire votre commentaire et espère que nous aurons l'occasion d'en parler de vive voix dans les plus brefs délais.
