The hotel is well situated, close to the tram and the city centre. Staff are friendly and helpful, and in particular Anna and Alexandra in the restaurant at breakfast time were delightful. Kind, helpful, friendly and extremely professional and patient even under pressure. My thanks to both. My room was a little smaller than I might have wished but was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that because I preferred not to have €100 a day blocked on my card my water was not automatically provided daily. I had to ask each day. It was brought quickly and professionally but it’s a bizarre ‘rule’. The restaurant breakfast was very good, but I thought the lunch and evening menu a little restricted in choice. Overall I’d recommend the hotel, though it’s quite expensive in my view.

Malheureusement je n'ai pas eu l'opportunité d'être client chez vous, mais je souligne le gentillesse du réceptionniste travaillant la nuit, le service doit être d'une qualité très agréable et les lieux sont extrêmement chaleureux.

Tarek et Christophe sont aux petits soins dès votre arrivée. Palmita et son équipe à la brasserie vous prennent en charge immédiatement pour vous faire passer un excellent moment.

Ce jour de la fête des pères est toujours un moment de bonheur.
Merci à Enzo très courtois et serviable qui a été cette année aux petits soins, nous n’avons manqués de rien. ☺️
