Localisation parfaite pour explorer la ville et dormir au calme. Mais surtout un accueil, un service aux petits soins à tout moment avec une très grande gentillesse. Excellent petit déjeuner à base de produits locaux, bien diversifié. Séjour exceptionnel !

Ma femme enceinte, a demandé en urgence de passer au toilette et ils l'ont pas laissé en disant qu'elle ne se loge pas dans l'hôtel.

Location is excellent, located in the le Petite France area. very close to the famous Strasbourg Cathedral, and there are lots of restaurants nearby which offer delicious food

Located in the Le Petite France district, where lots of good restaurants nearby, breakfast is good and staff is friendly. Just 10 mins walk to the Cathedral and market square, very convenient.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. There are some positive things, but I would never stay here again. First, it's a great location, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is lovely and the rooms are nice. Here's my two complaints...no air conditioning available during our stay. It was April and warm, but we were told it was not yet turned on for season. It was very warm in the room so we had to sleep with window open which caused restless sleep due to outside noise. Second complaint, there was no shower in the bathroom. It was merely a hand held shower head, attached to the tub, where you could not stand due to sloped ceiling, which made it difficult to shower and impossible to not flood the bathroom floor. My recommendation would be to inquire about those two issues before booking, because our stay was otherwise pleasant.
