Hotel in Toplage mit vielen Restaurants drumrum ! Wir waren 3 Nächte in einem Classic Room, gebucht über booking.com. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sauber, gute Matratzen, Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Leider schauen wohl die meisten Classic rooms auf eine heruntergekommene nur noch teilbewohnte Häuserzeile gegenüber. Wenn man sich weit aus dem Fenster lehnt sieht man etwas vom Fluss. Im Bad kaum Belüftung, also Dampfraum nach dem Duschen, zuwenige Halterungen für Handtücherv etc... Im angrenzenden separaten WC gute Belüftung.|Personal war multisprachig und sehr freundlich. Nette Bar mit Terrasse am Fluss, mit dem Hotelstandard angemessenen Preisen und guten Cocktails. Gegessen haben wir (sehr gut) auswärts, auch Frühstück, da wir morgens kaum was essen, da hätten sich die 34 € dafür nicht gelohnt.|Unerfreulich war der Mangel an Infos sowohl auf booking.com als auch auf der Hotelwebsite. Im Zimmer ist keine Infomappe sondern QR-Code, über den man auf das Portal kommt, wo aber auch nur unzureichnede Infos sind. SPA: erste Stunde kostenlos, jede weitere 25 €, erfährt man verbal beim Checkin. Anfahrtbeschreibung mit Code zum Hotel gibts wenn man Valet Parking am Hotel (40 € pro Tag/Nacht) per email reserviert Beschreibung kommt per email. Minibar: keine Preisliste im Zimmer, die Liste im Portal ist unvollständig zudem war das Portal nicht immer erreichbar (obwohl Internet & WLAN gingen)|Fazit: Mindestens 1/3 des Zimmerpreises sind der Toplage geschuldet.

I stayed here for four days and I think 3-star for the Regent is fair and objective. I’ve been many Regent in different countries but I’m kinda disappointed by the room. First I was shocked that there’s no shower in Deluxe room and there are spiders in the bathroom. And our room was in the attic and the space was not as good as expected. But the staff are superb and helpful. The service is as good as my expectations. The spa is great and gives me peace of mind during my stay. So totally this is a Regent with standard service, excellent location and interesting history but disappointed bathroom and room design.

Last week, we stayed at this hotel in Strasbourg and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent – right in the middle of the old town and surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants, cafés, and shops. Everything is within walking distance, so you can easily explore the city without needing transport.

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they gave us good tips on where to eat nearby.

Our room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but that’s a small detail. It was a bit warm in the room at night, even with the air conditioning on, and opening the windows didn’t help much – something to keep in mind during warmer months.

The only thing that could be improved is the shower. It had a handheld shower head but no proper wall mount, which made showering slightly awkward.

The hotel’s restaurant was closed during our visit, but the menu looked very promising. Breakfast was available, though we felt it was a bit expensive for what was included.

Despite a few minor things, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.
