Good location, v central and everything you need is within 10 mins walk. Clean and modern while staying faithful to the building’s history. Galeries Lafayettes is directly next door.||Nice bar with good selection of cremant, cocktails and teas.||Beautiful breakfast room, better when it was less busy but very friendly and helpful staff (especially Alain). Decent buffet selection and you can also order fresh eggs, pancakes etc.||Spa is small but well appointed. You have to book by the hour to use facilities and there is usually a fee even for guests, but it was included in our booking. On first day we had it to ourselves which was great. Second day, 3 couples were booked in at the same time, and one didn’t use their time fairly to the others. It could be a bit better managed, but the spa staff are also very friendly and welcoming.||Room was cosy and well laid out, but the air conditioning didn’t work well so we didn’t sleep well. We called down and also advised reception who said they would send up an engineer but it didn’t make a difference.||Overall an enjoyable stay and a good choice for Strasbourg.

J’y suis allé le 27 avril pour le brunch, la cuisine était délicieuse. Les serveurs sont sympa surtout un en particulier (romain) . La blanquette est magique, l’accueil incroyable tout est réuni pour passer un bon moment. Je vous le recommande vivement. Merci de cette expérience à bientôt.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment lors de notre brunch du 27 avril à l’Hôtel Maison Rouge à Strasbourg, et je voulais particulièrement remercier Romain pour son service parfait. Il a été à la fois très professionnel, souriant et attentionné tout au long du repas. Toujours disponible sans jamais être envahissant, il a vraiment contribué à rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable. C’est rare de croiser un serveur aussi impliqué et sympathique. Merci encore à lui !

Amazing hotel in a beautifully restored building in a superb location|Staff excellent and the room spotless , bright and nice view to cathedral |The main floor bar has great atmosphere , good drink and service plus the food was tasty |Close to all the action |Would recommend and look forward to return visit
